This privacy policy explains how Sheebes (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit sheebes.com.

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we only use what we need to run the site and send you things you asked for.

What we collect and why

When you visit the site

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use the site — which pages get read, how visitors find us, and general trends over time. GA4 collects anonymized data such as:

When you subscribe to the newsletter

If you sign up for our email newsletter, we collect your email address and any preferences you share (such as whether you’re interested in running, cycling, or both). This information is stored and processed by Kit (our email service provider) and is used solely to send you the content you signed up for.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. When you unsubscribe, your information is removed from our active mailing list.

When you purchase a digital product

Our digital products are delivered through Kit’s commerce tools. When you make a purchase, Kit processes your payment information (such as your credit card details) on our behalf. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment information. Kit may share limited transaction details with us (such as your name, email address, and purchase confirmation) so we can deliver what you bought.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Here’s what we use:

  • Google Analytics cookies — used to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These are analytics-only and do not personally identify you.
