Here to help you become your own best coach.
Maybe you’re a runner who’s just signed up for your next half marathon, but what comes next?
How much should you run? How do you run faster?
Or maybe you’re a cyclist with a brand new bike.
How do you climb hills? How should you go about building your fitness on the bike?
You’re in the right spot.
I’m Michelle, a marathoner and cyclist, and I’ve created this site to share what I’ve learned about running and cycling.
I’ve been a runner for close to 20 years and a cyclist for half as long.
Over the years, I’ve worked my way through injury, overtraining, training for races, and much more. With every running and cycling question I had, I went in search of answers.
But I don’t believe in keeping all the information I’ve found to myself, so I share what I’ve learned here so that it’ll help you too.
I believe that running coaches guide your training and give you encouragement when you need it the most.
But at the end of the day, you need to stay tuned to what’s working for you so that you can become your own best coach.
In short, I’m committed to figuring out how to help you—whether you’re a runner or cyclist—coach yourself.
